Why dog beds?
It really doesn't matter the size or the breed of dog, your pooch should have a comfortable dog bed. You may have noticed older large breed dogs and even some small breed dogs having calluses on their elbows. This is from laying on hard surfaces. A blanket doesn't cushion the bones enough. This is why you'll often see your dog circling around, scratching the blanket into piles, or nosing it into piles to make it more comfortable.
